Give your aspiring young performer the opportunity of a lifetime!  In partnership with Broadway Grand Rapids, Civic Theatre is pleased to announce a Musical Theatre audition Masterclass with a cast member from the National tour of Wicked on Wednesday, November 1, from 4-5:30pm!  Performers in grades 6-12 are invited to bring their best 16-32 bar audition pieces and receive feedback & coaching from professional performers.  Masterclass price includes a ticket to the show that night at DeVos Hall – in the BEST seats in the house! Some musical theatre experience is recommended, but not required.

MASTERCLASS DETAILS: 

Wednesday, November 1 in the Civic Theatre Dance Studio. Check-in for the class is at 3:45 pm with the class running from 4-5:30 pm. Parents, pick-up after the class is at 5:30 pm. Wicked at DeVos Performance Hall is at 7:30 pm.

Tuition: $150 (includes Masterclass and 1 ticket to Wicked)

HOW TO ENROLL: 

• Call the Education Office at 222-6653, M-F 9am-5pm
• Enroll online!

  2. Select the number of students you are enrolling, then hit “next step”
  3. Fill in the student’s contact information, then hit “next step”
  4. On the drop down menu “age” choose 6^th-12^th
  5. Click the red “Enroll” button and follow the steps to complete enrollment.

Additional tickets to the production are available on a first come-first served basis for $85 each and must be purchased by October 25^th (limit 1 additional ticket per enrolled participant).  Please call the Education office at 616-222-6653 if you wish to purchase an additional parent ticket.
