Q: What if my show was canceled?
A: Last spring, we sent out physical ticket vouchers to everyone who had purchased tickets or redeemed flex credits to see a show that was canceled. Those shows included: Matilda The Musical, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Junie B. Jones The Musical, The Wiz, and Disney’s High School Musical. If you still have your physical voucher, please disregard the expiration date, you will be able to use that code online or through our Box Office for the entirety of the 2021-2022 Season. To redeem your voucher online, please click the button below for instructions. If you cannot find your voucher or believe you should have received one but never did, please call or e-mail our Box Office and we will look into your account personally.
Q: What if I ALREADY PURCHASED A 2020-2021 FLEX SEASON SUBSCRIPTION?
A: All 2020-2021 Season Subscriptions were automatically rolled over to the 2021-2022 Season. Click below for more information on how to begin reserving your seats now.
Q: What if I didn’t use all of my Flex before you shut down?
A: Any Flex Subscribers with remaining flex credits for the 2019-2020 Season should have received an e-mail survey last fall prompting them to either donate the full value of their tickets, donate part of the value of their tickets, or to receive a Credit Certificate in the mail. If you have your credit certificate, you may redeem your credits over the phone or in person through our Box Office. Please call or email us (616.222.6650 | firstname.lastname@example.org). If you cannot find your credit certificate or believe you should have received one but never did, please call or e-mail our Box Office and we will look into your account personally.
