REDEEMING VOUCHERS FOR CANCELED SHOWS

Last spring, we sent out physical ticket vouchers to everyone who had purchased tickets or redeemed flex credits to see a show that was canceled. Those shows included: Matilda The Musical, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Junie B. Jones The Musical, The Wiz, and Disney’s High School Musical. If you still have your physical voucher, please disregard the expiration date. You will be able to use that code online or through our Box Office for the entirety of the 2021-2022 Season. If you cannot find your voucher or believe you should have received one but never did, please call or e-mail our Box Office and we will look into your account personally.

PLEASE NOTE: Online orders will only accept one voucher per order. If you wish to redeem vouchers online for more than two seats, you must do so in a new and separate order.

For convenience, please contact our box office via phone, and we will process multiple vouchers at once for you.

Use the instructions below to guide you through redeeming your vouchers for canceled performances. More instructions are located at the very bottom of this page. If you need assistance for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact our box office. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Detailed instructions for redeeming VOUCHERS

 

  1. Visit our pre-season ticketing page here.
  2. Select the show you would like to see by clicking the “Buy Tickets” button.
  3. Select the performance date and time you wish to attend.
  4. Select your seat(s) by clicking on the desired seat and then selecting what type of ticket it is; once selected, you can then click the blue “Confirm Seats” button in the upper right-hand corner.
  5. Next, you will be prompted to Log In or Sign Up. Enter the email address which Civic Theatre most recently contacted you with into the text box and click “Next”.
  6. Create a unique password for your account and confirm that your contact information is up to date, once done, select “Save and Continue.”
  7. The final screen will be your order screen.

  8. You should see a message that reads “Have a code?” with a text box underneath. Enter your voucher code into that text box and click the blue “Apply” button nearby.
  9. Confirm that your preferred delivery method for your tickets is selected (Ex. Mail, Will Call, etc.).
  10. Once you are ready, select “Complete Order” and your tickets will be confirmed.
