We neither control nor endorse resellers who are not associated with our venue and often price our tickets significantly higher than face value. Buy from us and you never have to worry. 

Performance Times

Wednesday – Saturday evenings at 7:30pm

Sundays at 2:00pm
*Theatre for Young Audiences productions and the Holiday Show also have Saturday matinees at 2:00pm

Parking and Arrival Times

Please allow at least 30 minutes to park and arrive at the Theatre once you are downtown.  For Parking and Transportation information including a map to find public parking options and a list of alternative transportation options, CLICK HERE.  Doors open for seating 30 minutes before each performance.  Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance time.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate and safe break that allows for the least disruption for the actors and audience.  Alternate seating will be assigned, meaning that your party will not sit together or in the seats that were originally assigned.

No Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and no credits can be issued for unused tickets.

Vouchers and Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination online HERE, through our Box Office, or over the phone.

PERFORMANCE CANCELLATIONS

Performance cancellations due to weather or other circumstances are very rare. When a performance must be canceled, we will make every attempt to contact you and to make arrangements for an alternative date. Please note: Civic Theatre does not offer refunds due to bad weather when a performance is taking place.

CHILD ATTENDANCE

Civic Theatre has a “no babe in arms” policy.  Per Grand Rapids Fire Marshall, all persons of any age must have a ticket and occupy their own seat in the theatre. There are no lap seats. Please make sure you review the recommended audience listing and refrain from bringing children to productions that may not be suited for a younger audience. Any disruptive person may be removed by theatre representative(s) as a courtesy to patrons and volunteers.
