Welcome to the Civic Theatre School of Theatre Arts!

We are so excited to share our class lineup for the 2023-24 school year for students ages two through adult! It is our priority that students feel safe, supported, and accepted within our walls while learning about theatre performance and production, and we cannot wait to welcome you whether you have been taking classes with us for years or if you are brand new to the magic of live theatre!

The School of Theatre Arts is offering over 100 classes that include our standard CORE Acting and CORE Musical Theatre classes in addition to a wide variety of electives that will allow you to explore all the elements of theater! Be sure to check out the various dance classes available to help you grow in the world of musical theater.

Whether you are a performer or technician, brand new to theatre or a seasoned performer, four years old or 94 years old: we’ve got classes and opportunities to help you explore your creativity and grow as an artist. The class links on the website will help both new and returning students navigate the wide range of classes we are offering next year – be sure to also check out our Performance Block, Scholarship and Special Opportunities pages!
