Yesenia Cotto has been a Choreographer and Dance Instructor for 8 years, starting right out of high school. Her styles include Musical Theater, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Zumba. She has worked throughout the Grand Rapids community as a performer, dancer, stage manager, backstage hand, and now teacher. Her passion lies on creation and leadership, and she continues to grow her passion with Civic Theater and various studios throughout the community.
What inspires you?
My mom as well as the rest of the family are extremely hard workers and strive to continuously learn and grow from where they once were, and I take that to heart in every project I am a part of.
Who is your favorite fictional character?
Pink Panther!
What was your favorite after-school snack?
BBQ CHIPS – it’s a classic!
