Josie has been a teaching artist at GR Civic since 2021 and is a longtime patron, student, and volunteer. She graduated from Aquinas College in 2022 where she studied elementary and early childhood education as well as theatre performance. Currently, Josie is a kindergarten teacher at a local charter school and does freelance directing and choreography for community theatre. Her dream shows to direct would be & Juliet or Grease. What Josie loves most about teaching at Civic is seeing every student truly open up and thrive in their creativity!
