Musical Theatre Dance, Jazz, Tap, and Ballet

Bethany has been dancing since she could walk and has cultivated a lifelong passion for movement and the performing arts. She graduated from Calvin College and currently serves as a Program Director at a child development center, where she combines her love for teaching and working with children.

With more than 10 years of dance training, Bethany has studied a variety of styles at Hearts in Step, Haus of Glass, and Vizions Dance Company. She has performed on stage throughout high school and with C. Glass Dance Co. and Vizions Dance, gaining valuable performance experience that she brings into the classroom.

Bethany has assisted with and choreographed numerous musicals at South Christian High School, as well as choreographed for many local productions. Most recently, she served as an assistant choreographer for Pete the Cat and Legally Blonde at Civic Theatre. She loves collaborating with production teams to bring creative visions to life and share meaningful performances with the community.

As a teacher, Bethany is passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student feels supported. She looks forward to helping dancers build confidence, develop their skills, challenge themselves, and create lasting memories while discovering and telling their own unique stories through dance.
