Dance Teacher

Jessica began pursuing the arts at a young age, and has since been involved (whether performing, directing, choreographing, dancing, etc.) in over 45 productions. Jessica is trained in voice, acting and multiple styles of dance. Currently, she works as a choreographer for Homeschool Performing Arts, along with directing their program for 9-12 year old students.

Jessica also works for Artios Academies in Grand Haven as their MS/HS theatre teacher along with directing their theatre program.

She also is involved with various high schools and theatres throughout West Michigan as a choreographer and dance teacher. Jessica was the former Co-Artistic Director and Choreographer for For His Glory Ballet in Allendale, which she helped start in 2008.

She is thrilled to be working with GRCT and has a passion for teaching students and inspiring them towards excellence!

What inspires you?
People who are great leaders and who live lives of abundant love, sacrifice and excellence. I also love deep quotes and questions that challenge and invoke thought.

Who is your favorite fictional character?
Can I do 3!? Anne Shirley, Wonder Woman and Winnie the Pooh.

What was your favorite after school snack growing up?
I remember loving (and still love!) popsicles.
