Season Subscribers ordering between February-June 2017 will receive their 2017-2018 season packet with their Subscriber ID#, password, show dates and information late July 2017. Purchases between July-December 2017 will receive their packet within one week of ordering.

Ticket EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the ticketed performance. To exchange your tickets there will be a $2 per ticket exchange fee applied. Season Subscribers receive one free ticket exchange per show. Please visit the Box Office during business hours, Mon-Fri 10-5, to exchange your tickets. Tickets must be presented in person before we can run the exchange for a new date.
Group rates are available for parties of 15 or more and must be purchased in advance during M-F, 10-5 work hours. For discount rates and to order group tickets, contact Chelsea Herrema, Box Office Manager at (616) 222-6650 ext 0.
