Chris Carnevale
(Starkey) has appeared in many performances for Civic
Theatre, including Scrooge: The Musical and as the ketchup
loving Lennie in Of Mice and Men, for which he won the 2004
Grand Award for Best Lead Actor in a play. Some of his Civic
highlights are Anne of Green Gables, Peter Pan, Cinderella,
Winnie the Pooh, Sweeney Todd, and Annie. He has also worked
behind the scenes as stage manager (Little Shop of Horrors),
assistant director (Moon Over Buffalo and Annie), and
choreographer (The Velveteen Rabbit and You're a Good Man
Charlie Brown). This past summer he directed The Fantasticks
at Heritage Theatre. Chris has also appeared onstage at
Circle Theatre, Actors Theatre (most recently in Urinetown
the Musical), Jewish Theatre and Heritage Theatre. He served
as Assistant Choreographer for Fiddler on the Roof for
Heritage and Jewish Theatres. Chris also choreographs for
Forest Hills Central High School. |

Lisa Catrett
(Peter Pan) is returning to the GRCT's stage after playing
the role of Diana Morales in A Chorus Line. At Civic, she
has also been seen in Kiss Me Kate and Cinderella. She has
performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at
North Shore Music Theatre and Cabaret at Mason Street
Warehouse. Lisa is a professor of Dance at Grand Valley
State University. |

Ed Clarke
(Bill Jukes) is appearing for the first time on the Civic
Stage. At Circle Theatre he appeared in The Boys Next Door
and he played the part of Uncle Louie in Lost in Yonkers
with Jewish Theatre. Other credits include Our Town with
the Delaware Theatre and Great Expectation at the Walnut
Street Theatre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ed has also
appeared in TV commercials in Philadelphia. Having served
as a Pirate in the Caribbean, he's feeling more at home in
Neverland. |

Tyler Davis
(Alf Mason) has appeared in A Chorus Line, Wizard of Oz,
Cinderella and Scrooge with GRCT, as well as Coppelia with
Creative Arts Repertoire Ensemble and Oliver with Circle
Theatre. At Rockford High School, He performed in Hello
Dolly, Guys and Dolls and Bye Bye Birdie. Tyler is attending
Grand Rapids Community College and is employed at Star
Theater. |

Michael Eardley
(Curly) last appeared on the Civic stage last season in
Wizard of Oz. He is a Senior at Catholic Central where he
has been seen in Grease, Les Miserables, Arms and the Man,
and Jesus Christ Superstar. He takes voice lessons and
was a member of the MSVMA Michigan All-State Honors Choir.
Michael is a produce clerk at D&W. Michael thanks his
family and friends for their support. |

Josh Eid-Ries
(Twin) is making his Civic Mainstage debut! He appeared in
the Traveling Toupe's production of Fabulous Fable Factory
and has participated in Phase 2 here at Civic. Josh has
been in many musicals with his church including Tale of 3
Trees, Moses and the Freedom Fanatics, Once Upon a Parable,
and A Technicolor Promise. Josh is in Kinsfolk, his family's
band and he plays guitar, bass, African drum and Irish drum.
He is a member of the GRCT School of Theatre Arts. |

Steven E. Forbes
(Skylights) is returning to the Civic stage after appearing
in Peter Pan in 2001. He is an active musician in area
churches and festival performances with various musical
groups. "I have met and continue to have great friends in
the GRCT organization. This is truly a gift from God. The
experience is not only rewarding personally but a great
chance to bring laughter and joy to people who will come to
see the show, especially my kids and grandchildren. Every
once in a while we need to have the chance to go to
"NeverLand", To be able to shed the seriousness of the day
and be kids at heart, for just a little while." |

Edith Freyer
(Shooting Star) last appeared in A Chorus Line and has also
been seen in Annie (2002), The Children's Hour, Cinderella,
and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever with GRCT. Edith also
performed in The Music Man (Cherry County Playhouse), Beauty
and the Beast and Henry and Ramona with Circle Theater. This
past summer Edith attended the MPulse Summer Dance Institute
at the University of Michigan. Edith is a Junior at City
High School. |

Olivia Gilmore
(Indian) last appeared in A Chorus Line here at Civic. She
appeared in Anne Of Green Gables at Spotlight Theater where
she played the role of Minny Mae. She was also seen in A
Christmas Story at East Grand Rapids High School this fall.
Olivia has danced with the Grand Rapids Ballet in
productions of The Nutcracker for the past 5 years. Olivia
is a student at East Grand Rapids High School. |

Bob Gosnell
(Noodler) is returning to the Civic stage after appearing in
last season's production of Music Man. Bob volunteers at
Civic as an usher and in the costume shop. The Gosnell
family received the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre 700 hour
Volunteer Award this past year. "Thanks and love to Leslie
and Hannah for their sacrifices." |

Gabrielle Grady
(Dancing Flame/Liza) is making her GRCT Debut! She is a
senior at Forest Hills Central where she has been seen in
Footloose, Seussical, Peter Pan (as Tiger Lily), and Annie
Get Your Gun (in which she was also the assistant
choreographer). Gabrielle was the winner of outstanding
dancer in a musical at Forest Hills Central. |

Josiah Grimm
(Slightly) first appeared on the Civic stage in Madeline,
where he played Pepito. Since then he played Jem in To Kill
a Mockingbird and crewed Wizard of Oz, Harriet the Spy and
Music Man. He also appeared in A Christmas Carol with Master
Arts Theatre. Josiah is a 10th grader at Rockford High
School where he was in Seussical. He is a member of the GRCT
School of Theatre Arts. |

Stephen Hohendorf
(Nibs) is appearing in his 12th show at GRCT; others
include, A Chorus Line, Free to Be You and Me, Scrooge and
Wizard of Oz (00' and 05'). Stephen played Nathan for a year
in a touring company of The Full Monty. At Catholic Central
he played Gavroche in Les Miserables and King Herod in Jesus
Christ Superstar. He also performed In Trance at Actors'
Theatre, Amahl and the Night Visitors at Grace Bible College
and Bye Bye Birdie at Hope College. He is a winner of GRCT
Kopka Seats Award and has won 2 gold medals at the Junior US
Championship of Performing Arts. Stephen is a member of the
GRCT School of Theatre Arts. "Love and thanks to my

Will Hoyer
(Tootles) is in the 11th grade at City High. At Civic, he
has been seen in Wizard of Oz, SRT's Really Rosie, SRT's
Aladdin, and the Traveling Troupe production of Somebody
Catch my Homework. He has also been seen in Oliver! (Circle
Theatre), You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (West Michigan
Academy of Arts and Academics) and Our Town (Coopersville
Community Theatre). Will is a member of the GRCT School of
Theatre Arts. |

Stino Iacopelli
(Cookson) is making his stage debut! He has worked crew for
numerous Grand Rapids Civic Theatre Productions doing tasks
such as Lights, Foy, Deck Crew, and Fly Rail. He has also
received Volunteer Service Awards. "I would like to thank my
wife and family for all their support and encouragement." |

Connor K. Jewell
(John) is returning to GRCT after playing a munchkin in last
season's production of Wizard of Oz. At Rockford High School
he has been in Music Man and in Seussical as JoJo. Connor is
in the 7th grade at East Rockford Middle School. He plays
soccer and runs cross country. Connor would like to thank
God for blessing him with his voice, Penny for casting him,
Mom, Dad, Cullan and Donovan for their sacrifices so he
could be in the show, Aaron Bouwman for teaching him voice
lessons and Mary Harkema for urging him down this path.

Silas Kachman
(Twin) was last seen at GRCT in Wizard of Oz last season. He
has also appeared in Harriet the Spy, Traveling Troupe's
production of Fabulous Fable Factory, Gypsy, and The
Velveteen Rabbit. Other credits include The Full Monty and
Oliver! at Circle Theatre and Merchant of Venice and Big
River at GVSU. Silas has appeared in several films with
GVSU. He is in the 8th grade at City Middle School and is a
member of the GRCT School of Theatre Arts. |

Shanna King
(Waking Lotus) first appeared on the Civic Stage in last
season's production of Wizard of Oz. She most recently was
in Oliver! at Circle Theatre. Shanna is a senior at Catholic
Central High School where she has appeared in Grease, Les
Miserables, and Jesus Christ Superstar. Shanna is a member
of the Creative Arts Repertory Ensemble. |

Erica Dykgraaf Kochaney
(Mrs. Darling) first appeared on the Civic stage in Fiddler
on the Roof. Other credits include: Sweeney Todd, Mack and
Mable, Chess, Jesus Christ Superstar, Passion, Merrily We
Roll Along and Into the Woods, all with Circle Theatre.
Erica also performed two full seasons with the Cherry County
Playhouse and has performed with Opera Grand Rapids. She was
a vocal performance major at Indiana University and has a
masters degree in Early Childhood Development. Erica won a
Grand Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical. |

Mary Little
(Wendy Darling) is making her Civic debut! She is a
sophomore at Forest Hills Central where she appeared as an
Indian in Peter Pan and as Belle in the Summerstock
production of Beauty and the Beast. She also performed at
the opening of the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center. Mary
danced with the Great Lakes Youth Ballet at GVSU in
productions of the Nutcracker and Coppelia. She would like
to thank her friends and family for supporting and following
her dreams. She would also like to thank the cast and crew
for making this a great first experience at Civic. |

Chris Nye
(Ed Teyente) is returning to the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre
after performing in last season's production of Wizard of
Oz. He works for Wolverine Building Group selling and
managing construction projects, and is the father of three
beautiful daughters, Maggie, Julia and Natalie. |

Maggie Nye
(Little Feather/Nana) was first seen on the Civic stage in
Madeline, since then she has appeared in Harriet the Spy (as
Harriet) and Wizard of Oz. At Circle Theatre she has
appeared in Nine as Little Guido and Oliver! as one of
Fagin's Kids. Maggie is in the 8th grade at St. John
Vianney. She is a member of the GRCT School of Theatre Arts
and takes dance with Melanie Brossiet at Balletmore. "Thank
you to my wonderful family, my friends (even you, Brock),
Melanie and Rebekah, and Penny for giving me this chance and
opportunity." |

Jenny Peters
(Tiger Lily) is returning to the Civic stage after recently
playing Judy in A Chorus Line. She was seen as Graziella in
West Side Story with the Grand Rapids Opera. She has also
performed in Wizard of oz and Sound of Music with the
Cherry County Playhouse and in the Royal Hanorford Circus
in Muskegon. Other credits include A Midsummer NightÕs
Dream and Looking Through You. Jenny is a Dance Major at
GVSU. Her past training credits include work at Spotlight
Dance Company and a contestant of The Miss Michigan
Scholarship Program. |

Rocky Rector
(Mr. Smee) first appeared on the Civic stage in Joseph and
the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and since then has been
seen in Cabaret and Nobody Loves a Dragon here at Civic.
Other credits include Mr. Bumble in Oliver! and Captain Long
John Silver in Treasure Island, both at Circle Theatre,
Hucklebee in The Fantasticks and La Gros in Devour the Snow,
both with Heritage Theatre Group. Rocky was nominated for
Outstanding Lead Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of
Tevye in Jewish and Heritage Theatre's production of Fiddler
on the Roof. He also appeared in numerous shows at Forest
Hills Central. Rocky is a Freelance Talent. |

John Robinson
(Cecco) has been seen in Death of a Salesman, Sweeney Todd
and Ragtime at GRCT. He has also appeared in Jesus Hopped
the 'A' Train and Intimate Apparel at Actors Theatre, I'm
not a Rappaport with Jewish Theatre, Boys Next Door at both
Circle Theatre and Master Arts Theatre, Carefully Taught
with KMR Diversity Theatre and The Meeting, which was self
produced. John earned a 2006 Grand Award nomination for Lead
Actor in a Play for his portrayal of Lucius Jenkins in Jesus

Jamie Staley
(Michael Darling) is a sixth grader and is returning to the
Civic stage after being seen as Winthrop in last season's
production of Music Man. He also appeared in Music Man with
Rockford High School. Jamie plays soccer and is a member of
the GRCT School of Theatre Arts. "Thank you Penny for the
awesome experience of working with you and for casting me in
this show. A Big thanks to Aaron Bouwman for being a great
voice teacher. Thank you mom and Kate for your endless
support and for driving me to practice every night, to dad

Neil Trevisan
(Mr. Darling/Captian Hook) is appearing on the Civic stage
for the first time, but is no stranger in the Grand Rapids
theatre community. He has been seen in Assassins, Rocky
Horror, Jeffrey, Falsettos and Floyd Collins, all at Actors
Theatre, and Perfect Wedding, Honk!, Gypsy, Evita, A Chorus
Line, Ruthless, The Secret Garden, Cabaret, and The Nerd,
all at Circle Theatre. Neil owns Neil Patrick's Hair Design
in Eastown. "I would like to dedicate my performances to my
nieces and nephews -all 18 of them! - who inspire my own
Neverland". |

Rachel Wojcik
(Sparkling Sun) is making her GRCT debut! She has been seen
in 42nd Street at the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre, A Midsummer
Night's Dream at Aquinas College, and Godspell, also at
Aquinas College. Rachel is a Theatre and Music Major at
Aquinas College. "Thank you to my parents for never making
me grown up. Welcome to Neverland!" |

Stephanie Norton
(Assistant Director) most recently was awarded the Norma
Brink Combined Theatre Scholarship. Last year she directed A
Crushed Petunia by Tennessee William at Cornerstone
University. This past summer, Stephanie assistant directed
Puss in Boots at Circle Theatre. Stephanie has assistant
directed many shows here at Civic, most recently Enchanted
April, Harriet the Spy, and Blood Relations. She last
appeared onstage at Civic in Cinderella. She has also been
seen in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, and The Velveteen
Rabbit and worked backstage for many shows including Kiss
Me, Kate and Ragtime. She has received Civics' awards for
both 500+ and two years in a row for the 700+ Volunteer
Hours. She is working on her BFA in directing Theatre/Film. |
