Brian Damson (Sweeney Todd) is doing is first role with Civic Theatre.  As a professional actor he played Grand Rapids with tours of Stagestruck, Grease and World Party 2000 at the Van Andel Arena.  With regional theatre he appeared in Candide, Company and West Side Story for which he received a nomination for the L.A. Theatre Critics Award for Best Supporting Actor.  He has performed on cruise ships and casinos.  He has performed his one man show in New York City, been the opening act for Joan Rivers, Alan King, Rosemary Clooney and in 1998 he was inducted into the Musical Hall of Fame.   Locally he is a personal trainer and Group Exercise teacher at East Hills Athletic Club and volunteers as a yoga instructor at Gilda's Club.
	Kathy Wagner (Mrs. Lovett) is returning to Civic's stage and we are glad to have her back.  She received the 1997 Grand Award for Best Actress in a Musical for the Circle Theatre production of Passion.  She was in Circle Theatre's Grand Award nominated Best Musical productions of Chicago and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change.  In New York she appeared in productions of Evita and So You Wanna Be On Broadway and was an original cast member of the L.A. premiered musical Love Handles.  Her recordings include I Love a Piano, Takin' a Chance on Love, The Pink Album and Not Since Prom.  In addition to performing she teaches voice.
	Matt Tepper (Anthony Hope) was in Civic Theatre Productions of Death of a Salesman and Inspecting Carol.  He has appeared with Heritage Theatre Group, Actors' Theatre and Circle Theatre.
	Claire Garrity Sinn (Beggar Woman) was in Civic Theatre's productions of Peter Pan and the Children's Theatre production of Anne of Green Gables.  With Heritage Theatre Group she has performed in Touch the Names.  Before coming to Grand Rapids she appeared in many productions and was assistant director with the Watertown (N.Y.) Lyric Theatre.
	G.M. (Bud) Thompson (Judge Turpin) has been in many Civic Theatre productions including Return to Forbidden Planet, winning the 2000 Grand Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical.  He was a Grand Award nominee for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for Peter Pan in 1996.  He is a member of the House Manager team and has worked backstage on many shows.  He has appeared in Lost in the Cove, Actors' Theatre, Circle Theatre, Holland Community Theatre and GVSU productions.  He is Design and Production Assistant at McCarty Communications.
	Andrew J. Schneider (Beadle Bamford) has been in many productions with Children's Theatre and Civic's main stage productions including Peter Pan and Singin' in the Rain.  He has worked with Circle Theatre, Heritage Theatre Group, Riverbend Players, Jewish Theatre Grand Rapids, Opera Grand Rapids, Spotlight Theatre, Flat River Players and Sparta Community Theatre.  He is taking classes at GVSU.
	Gina L. Dawe (Johanna) has been in a number of Civic Theatre productions including City of Angels and Guys and Dolls for which she received a Grand Award nomination as Best Supporting Actress in a Musical.  She has worked with Circle Theatre, Actor's Theatre, LLC Classical Theatre and Heritage Theatre Group.  She is a member of UnderCover productions, toured for five years with United Stage and does free-lance commercials and video work.  She is a Spanish professor at GVSU.
	Joe Rogers (Tobias Ragg) is making his first appearance on Civic Theatre stage.  He has appeared in Actors' Theatre and Heritage Theatre productions.  He is a territory service representative with Keebler Company Bakery.
	John F. Freiberger (Jonas Fogg) has been in several Civic Theatre productions including Rebecca and Communicating Doors.  He has worked with Heritage Theatre Group, Actors Theatre, Flint Community Players and Holland Civic Theatre.  He is Director of Technology at Fennville Public Schools.
	Aaron Bouwman (Pirelli) was in Civic Theatre's production of Peter Pan.  He is a member of the chorus of Opera Grand Rapids; taught at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and was a  soloist with Blue Lake Symphony.  He is a private voice instructor and tunes pianos.
	Chris Carnevale has been in a number of Civic Theatre productions, most recently in Peter Pan.  He has worked with Circle Theatre, Actors Theatre and Jewish Theatre Grand Rapids.  He works for Michigan Medical PC.
	Rob Flood has been in Civic Theatre productions and worked crew on many shows, earning 500+ hours in a year recognition for two seasons.  A junior at Jenison High, he has worked also with Circle Theatre and Opera Grand Rapids.
	Jacqueline Gielczyk was in Wizard of Oz and Children's Theatre productions.  She has an extensive list of musical and opera credits at Indiana University.  She is a processor for Foremost Insurance.
	Jim Hadwin II was in Civic Theatre's Fiddler on the Roof and has worked with Circle Theatre.  He is a Customer Service Representative at Huntington Banks.
	Peggy Keuning has been in a number of Civic Theatre musicals; most recently Singin' in the Rain.  She has appeared in Circle Theatre, Spotlight Players, Calvin College and Wyoming Park High School productions.
	Sarah Klett has been in Children's Theatre productions and worked backstage.  She has worked with Circle Theatre, is a free-lance talent, and is an audiologist at Lakeshore Hearing Centers.
	Barbara Koning was in Civic Theatre's Annie and Children's Theatre productions.  She has appeared in Riverbend Players productions and Children's Opera.  She is a Montessori teacher with the Grand Rapids Public Schools.
	Debra "Rockey" Rockey was in Civic Theatre's production of Anne of Green Gables and attended Civic Theatre's School of Theatre Arts.  She sang in a West Michigan Savoyards production.  She is an IT Director at St. Mary's Hospital.
	John Robinson was in Civic Theatre's production of Death of a Salesman.  He has appeared with Master Arts Theatre and with Actors' Theatre and serves on its Board of Director's.  He is Assistant Director of Pre-college Engineering program at Davenport University.
	Aubrey Sinn was in Civic Theatre's Anne of Green Gables.  She has appeared with Diversity Theatre and Heritage Theatre Group productions and has an extensive list of credits with Watertown (N.Y.) Lyric Theatre and the St. Lawrence Stage Co. in Ontario.
	Shane Michael Suforna was in Civic Theatre's production of Wizard of Oz.  He is a stocker at Save-a-Lot
	David W. Van Zyl has been in a number of Civic Theatre productions including Scrooge, the Musical.  He has appeared in Actors' Theatre, Circle Theatre and Opera Grand Rapids Productions.  He is an attorney with Van Zyle & Associates.
	Thomas Bush, an engineer with Smith's Aerospace, is new to Grand Rapids and Civic Theatre.  He has performed with the Croswell Opera Company.
	Meredith Bytwork, a freshman at Calvin College, has sung with the Croswell Theatre and Techumseh Youth Theatre.
	James Isley, new to Civic Theatre, has performed with Kalamazoo Civic Theatre and for five years was a professional resident at Thunder Bay Theatre.  He is a senior at Kendall College of Art and Design.
	Joseph Kestyen-Phillips, new to Civic Theatre, has studied opera performance and musical theatre.
	Stefanie C. Lynn, a sales associate at Old Navy, has performed with Riverdale Theatre in Massachusetts, the Community Little Theatre and the Mains Slate Music Theatre.
	Frank Piechoski, while service nine years in the US Air Force, appeared in base theatres, community and dinner theatres and summer stock.  He is an engineer with Encoda Systems, Inc.
	Hanna Wagner has appeared in a number of Circle Theatre production and sung with the Grand Rapids Opera Company.  She is a free-lance talent doing commercials and is a waitress at Perkins.
	Amber Lynn Watrous, a freshman at Grand Rapids Community College, has sung with "Shades of Blue," a vocal jazz group and was in Rockford High School productions.
