Because of our Grand Renovation - Classes and Monday-Thursday camps will be held onsite at 30 N Division. Campers will take their final performances "on the road" to Pioneer Auditorium, 1961 Lake Drive, East Grand Rapids. Parents are required to drop their children off at and pick them up from Pioneer auditorium on the Friday of camp.
No visitors allowed in classroom. Students feel more confident making creative choices without an audience. If a parent has a specific concern, call the Education Director to arrange for class observation. GRCT cannot assume responsibility for any unenrolled child accompanying a student to class.
SCHOLARSHIPS: A few partial scholarships are available on top of that for families who can verify financial need. Deadline to apply is Friday, May 5th BUT classes fill fast, must camps fill by April 14th, if not before. Application cannot guarantee a place in any class that has already filled to maximum enrollment. Application is available here.
GRCT reserves the right to cancel any class. Enrollment is reviewed 8 days before first class meets. Any class with less than minimum enrollment at that time may be cancelled. Early registration helps avoid disappointment due to cancellation of classes.
You will receive a full refund if GRCT cancels class for any reason.
Summer Camp Cancellations: refund minus $10 cancellation fee if GRCT can fill place from waiting list. Tuition is non-refundable under any other circumstances.
Adult/Teen Dance Classes: refund minus $10 cancellation fee when GRCT Education Office is notified of cancellation at least 8 days prior to the class starting date. No refund after class session starts.
