PURCHASING TICKETS FOR A SHOW
Tickets are available for purchase by the general public two week before a show opens. Seats cannot be held without payment.

Tickets can be purchased in person through any StarTickets plus location, or by stopping by the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre box office, Monday through Friday, 10:00a - 5:00p. The lobby ticket office is also open on the day of any public performance 2 hours before the show.

Season Members enjoy considerable savings over our regular ticket prices. Order your Flex Passes now to take advantage of the great value!
Season Member Flex Passes offer the most flexible and cost-effective way to see all your favorite shows for less. Membership Packages are available through December 30th for a special discount. Purchase as many packages as you like to see any of our shows this season. Use the Flex Passes to see any public performance. It couldn’t be easier. Plus, you can order your tickets for any show before they go on sale to the general public!

REDEEMING FLEX PASSES
Season Members can redeem their Flex Passes for any public performance two weeks before tickets go on sale to the general public for a given show. They can be redeemed through the mail, or in person at the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre box office, Monday through Friday, 10:00a - 5:00p. Flex Passes cannot be redeemed at the lobby ticket office or through StarTicketsPlus.
