Purchase Tickets for a Show
 

Tickets for all public performances are available for purchase by the general public two weeks before a show opens.
 

Non-Members

StarTickets is the official ticketing service of the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre. Tickets may be purchased for any public performance online through StarTickets.com, by phone at (800)585-3737, or through any of the many StarTickets service locations.
 

Ticket Office

The Grand Rapids Civic Theatre Ticket Office is located in the northwest tower entrance of the theatre, on the corner of N Division Ave and Library Street. The Ticket Office is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm for membership sales, ticket sales, and gift certificates. We are also happy to help you with class information, audition notices, and any other general inquiries. Contact the ticket office by phone during normal business hours at (616)222-6650 ext 1.
 

Lobby Box Office and Will Call

Our Lobby Box Office is located inside our main lobby on Library Street at Meijer Majestic Theatre entrance. The Lobby Box Office is open on performance dates from 5:00pm to curtain, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm to curtain.
 

Season Member Flex Passes

Season Member Flex Passes may be exchanged for tickets to any public performance of any show through our Ticket Office. This may be completed using our convenient online order form, by mail, by FAX, or by calling our Ticket Office during normal business hours at (616)222-6650 ext 1. Please provide your account number and the specific numbers from each of the Flex Passes you plan on using with this order.

Flex passes may not be exchanged for entrance to any special events or performances.
 

Season Members Only Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be made for the same show without charge. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the ticketed performance. A $5.00 exchange fee applies to exchanges without that are made without the minimum 48-hour notice. Ticket must be presented (in person or by mail) at time of exchange.
 

Group Discounts

Groups rates are available for parties of 15 or more. Tickets must be purchased in advance. For more information about group discounts, please call (616)222-6371.
 

Season Membership

Season Members enjoy considerable savings over our regular ticket prices and have the advantage of ordering tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Learn more about becoming a season member.
 

Policies & Restrictions

Tickets ordered by phone through our Ticket Office will be made available at the Lobby Will Call unless requested to be mailed.
 

Amenities

Wheelchair seating available if requested at the time of order. Free hearing assistance headsets and coil hearing loop are available by request at lobby box office prior to a performance.
