Ordering Tickets Using Your Flex Passes!
 

We reserve choice seats for our members that are held until two weeks prior to opening night. So go ahead, order tickets for every show you want to see this season right now!
 

You Will Need...

You must have the following information when placing an order for tickets using Season Member Flex Passes:

 

Order Processing

We typically process ticket orders on the next regular business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If your planned performance is within 10 days of the order date, your tickets will be waiting at the Will-Call podium in the Lobby and may be picked up when you arrive for the performance. All orders 11+ days in advance of performance will be sent via U.S. Mail to the address provided with the order. If you do not receive your tickets within 5 business days of placing the order, please contact us at (616)222-6650 x1, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

If you are needing tickets for a perfomance within the next five days, please stop by our ticket office during normal business hours, or call us at (616)222-6650 x1 to check availability before placing an order online.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are only processed Mondays through Fridays, not on the weekends.
