The Philadelphia Story

Wealthy Philadelphia heiress Tracy Lord is preparing for her second marriage when her ex-husband and a tabloid reporter arrive on her door step. This witty, sophisticated, classic romantic comedy has Tracy deciding between her past love, her present love, and a new love. This play first opened on Broadway in 1939 and rose to fame with the 1940 movie adaptation starring Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant, and Jimmy Stewart. It was also source material for 1956’s musical film High Society starring Grace Kelly, Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. Recommended for teen/adult audiences.
