Ticket Donation Requests
 

We welcome requests from tax except, non-profit organizations residing in West Michigan. If you would like to request ticket vouchers for a dress rehearsal or performance to be given away in conjunction with an upcoming event or program sponsored by your organization, please use our online form to submit your request for review.
 

Guidelines

All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of your event

Only one request will be awarded to any organization within a 12-month period

Please note that requests awarded will be available 10 days after approval of the request for pickup at the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre Box Office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

If you prefer to mail your request, please download our Ticket Donation Request Guidelines and provide all requested information. Any requests that do not include all the required information will not be approved.
