Class Registration
The Civic School of Theatre Arts offers a variety of classes for everyone from pre-school age children through adults. Our nationally recognized "Theatre Wheel" curriculum breaks down ACTING into skill sets — Scene Study in the fall, Characterization in the winter, and in the spring we teach Improvisation techniques for building strong stage presence and helping actors think fast. Each term offers a different focus, no experience is required, and classes are available for all ages. Each class concludes with a classroom performance for family and friends.
Once you’ve completed classes in each of our three "Theatre Wheel" segments (take them in any order), you can move on to one of our Acting Performance Classes for more in-depth learning and skill development.
